MASCorp Diagnostics is an independent electric-vehicle diagnostics and analytics platform.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc., or any other vehicle manufacturer.
Our software operates strictly in passive, read-only mode:
- No commands are sent to vehicle systems
- No CAN messages or active diagnostic requests are transmitted onto the vehicle bus by our tools in this mode
- No vehicle systems, firmware, safety, driving, or charging functions are modified or affected by our passive monitoring workflow
Diagnostic data is observed and analyzed for informational and service purposes only, in line with this Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how MASCorp Diagnostics ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects information when you access our website, download or use our software, or utilize our diagnostic services (collectively, the "Services").

MASCorp Diagnostics is an independent automotive diagnostics and analytics platform focused on electric vehicles (EV), including those utilizing Tesla-based powertrains and components.
MASCorp Diagnostics is an independent entity. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc., Toyota Motor Corporation, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, or any other vehicle manufacturer mentioned on this website. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

MASCorp Diagnostics does NOT control, modify, program, or influence any vehicle systems. Our software operates exclusively in passive monitoring mode and is designed solely for data observation, analysis, and research purposes.
3. Scope of Diagnostics (Critical Statement)
MASCorp Diagnostics provides diagnostic support for a range of electric vehicles and platforms, including but not limited to: Tesla (Model 3/Y/S/X, Cybertruck), Toyota RAV4 EV (Tesla-powered), Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive, and other compatible EV systems.
MASCorp Diagnostics:
- ✅ Passively listens to diagnostic and telemetry data already present on vehicle communication buses.
- ✅ Analyzes CAN logs and recorded measurements provided by the user.
- ✅ Displays technical information for analysis, diagnostics, and research purposes.
MASCorp Diagnostics does NOT:
- ❌ Send control commands to vehicle systems.
- ❌ Transmit CAN frames or active diagnostic requests.
- ❌ Modify vehicle firmware, configuration, or parameters.
- ❌ Interfere with driving, charging, safety, or protection systems.
- ❌ Bypass or override vehicle security mechanisms.
All diagnostics are performed strictly in read-only, passive listening mode.
4. Information We Collect
The type of information we process depends on how the Services are used.
4.1 Account & Identification Information
When you register an account, we may collect:
- Email address.
- Country or region.
- Account authentication credentials.
- Subscription or credit status.
This information is required to manage user accounts, provide support, and manage service credits.
4.2 Vehicle Diagnostic & Technical Data (Passive Collection Only)
MASCorp Diagnostics may process diagnostic and telemetry data that is already passively broadcast on the vehicle communication bus, including: diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), battery/module/sensor telemetry, voltage/current/temperature values, and timestamped CAN frames.
MASCorp Diagnostics does NOT actively request data from vehicles and does NOT transmit any commands or queries onto the vehicle CAN bus.
📌 Important clarification:
MASCorp Diagnostics does NOT read, request, or query the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from the vehicle. All diagnostic data is informational only and is not used to control or influence vehicle behavior.
4.3 Device & Application Information
We may collect limited technical information: application version, operating system type, diagnostic adapter identifiers, and IP address for security and abuse prevention.
5. How We Use Your Information
We process information for the following purposes:
Contractual Necessity: Provide diagnostic and analytics services; maintain user accounts; process credits.
Legitimate Interests: Improve diagnostic accuracy across supported EV platforms; enhance software stability; prevent unauthorized access.
Consent: Optional service notifications.
6. Data Sharing & Security
No Sale of Data: MASCorp Diagnostics does NOT sell personal data.
Partners: We may share limited information with cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Hetzner) or payment processors, who are contractually bound to data protection.
Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services.
