Privacy Policy — TTaskerPlay for Tesla
Effective date: April 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the TTaskerPlay for Tesla mobile application for Android (package name com.mascorp.ttaskerplay) handles information when you install and use it.
This is a public document for clients and the website. It does not describe internal engineering shortcuts or test-only workflows.
1. Summary
The App is intended for professional technicians who connect to a Tesla vehicle gateway on a local Ethernet network under their control.
The App may send account credentials to MASCorp Diagnostics authentication servers over the internet for sign-in only.
This App does not include Google Play in-app purchases, an in-app credit wallet, or separate analytics or launch-telemetry payloads sent to MASCorp.
If you enable Remember password, your email and password are stored locally on the device in private application storage (Android SharedPreferences).
VIN, diagnostic command lists, procedure parameters, and responses are exchanged between your device and the vehicle gateway on the network path you configure, typically local Ethernet. The App is not designed to upload full vehicle diagnostic logs to MASCorp servers as part of these flows. Third parties such as gateways, networks, VPNs, or security tools may log traffic independently.
Theme preference for light or dark mode is stored locally on the device.
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the App.
2. Information the App processes
2.1 Account authentication over the internet
When you sign in, the App may send to MASCorp servers your email address as the login identifier and your password for authentication. Server-side retention and processing follow MASCorp backend configuration and your account terms.
2.2 Vehicle and gateway communication on the local network
The IP address and port you enter for the Tesla vehicle gateway are used only on your device to open network connections to that host on your LAN or routed path. They are not sent to MASCorp as part of sign-in.
When you retrieve commands, run procedures, or read the VIN, the App communicates with the host and port you configure. Data may include:
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Command metadata (such as titles and topics)
- Parameters you enter
- Status or raw responses from the gateway
This traffic travels between your Android device and the configured gateway unless intercepted by other software or network equipment on the path.
2.3 Local storage on the device
The App may store the following in private app storage:
- Account credentials (if Remember password is enabled)
- Theme preference (light or dark mode)
Command lists loaded from the vehicle with Get commands are kept in the App’s memory only and are not written to shared Downloads by this feature.
For Service Mode Plus, you may place PEM certificate files in app-accessible storage paths described in the app (for example app-private files or Download/command_dumps). Those files remain on your device unless you remove them.
Clear app data or uninstall the App before decommissioning a device if it held sensitive workshop data.
3. Permissions
The App requests only:
- Internet — sign-in, opening the registration and profile web pages in the browser, and communication with the vehicle gateway you configure.
- Access network state — connectivity and Ethernet availability.
The App does not request broad storage or media library permissions for normal use.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions)
Processing may rely on:
- Performance of a contract or steps before a contract
- Legitimate interests such as account security and fraud prevention, balanced against your rights
- Consent where required by law
This App does not send separate analytics or launch-telemetry payloads to MASCorp.
5. Sharing
MASCorp Diagnostics does not sell your personal information.
Service providers such as hosting or networking vendors may process data only as needed to operate the services.
Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Security
Passwords are sensitive credentials. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
The App may use HTTP to reach configured servers depending on build and server configuration. HTTP is not encrypted on the wire. Use trusted networks, VPNs, or HTTPS on the server where possible.
Vehicle gateways should be placed on isolated workshop networks where practical.
7. Retention
On-device data remains until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
Server-side retention follows MASCorp backend practices and applicable law.
8. Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability regarding personal data.
Contact: mondialautoservicecorp@gmail.com or the support channel on the MASCorp website.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where the law allows.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children and is intended for professional users.
MASCorp does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International transfers
If you use the App from a country other than where servers are located, your information may be transferred across borders with safeguards where required by law.
11. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated. The effective date at the top will change.
Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where the law permits.
12. United States state privacy laws
Where a US state privacy law applies, you may have rights such as access, deletion, and opt-out of certain processing.
Contact the website support channel.
MASCorp does not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined for the processing described in this Policy.
